Payment Policy

This Payment Policy governs all financial transactions made through the Ringo2number Services.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

  • Credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express (processed by Stripe)
  • Cryptocurrency – processed by CryptoCloud
  • Apple App Store – for in-app purchases on iOS devices

Supported platforms: Web and Apple (iOS)

2. Currency

All prices are listed in US dollars. All charges will be processed in US dollars.

3. Pricing

3.1. The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time with notice posted on the website or in the app.

3.2. Promotional prices may be offered for a limited time and are subject to the terms specified at the time of the promotion.

4. Subscription Plans

4.1. If you choose a subscription plan, you agree to an auto-renewing subscription. You will be billed at the start of each billing period (weekly, monthly, or annually) until you cancel.

4.2. To cancel a subscription:

  • For subscriptions purchased through the website: cancel in your account settings
  • For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store: cancel through the App Store's subscription settings

4.3. No refunds or credits will be issued for partially used subscription periods.

5. Credits

5.1. Credits can be purchased in predefined packages.

5.2. Credits purchased by the User are stored indefinitely and do not expire as long as the User's account remains active.

5.3. Promotional credits (provided free of charge) expire 6 months after being credited to your account, unless otherwise specified.

6. Billing Disputes

If you believe there is an error in your billing, you must contact us within 30 days of the charge date. You may be required to provide proof of the charge (e.g., receipt or bank statement).

7. Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your use of the Services, including sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), or goods and services tax (GST), as applicable in your jurisdiction.

8. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, your access to the Services may be suspended. You will receive a notification to update your payment method. Continued non-payment may result in termination of your account.

9. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without a valid reason, the Company reserves the right to terminate your account and pursue recovery of any unpaid amounts.
