Public Offer

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ANY "RINGO2NUMBER" SERVICES.

This Public Offer (the "Agreement") is published by Ringo2number (the "Company") and is addressed to any individual (the "User") who wishes to use the Ringo2number application and related services (the "Services").

BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST NOT USE THE SERVICES.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Services allow Users to obtain temporary phone numbers for receiving SMS messages, as well as to make and receive voice calls via these numbers.

1.2. The Services are not intended to serve as a substitute for a primary phone number and cannot be used for 911 or emergency calling.

1.3. SMS sending is not available through the Services. Users can only receive SMS messages. MMS is not supported.

2. Account Registration

2.1. To access the Services, the User must create an account. Registration is completed via:

• Email verification (a verification code is sent to the provided email)
• Google account
• Apple account

2.2. The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

3. Payments and Fees

3.1. The User pays for the Services by purchasing credits or subscribing to a plan.

3.2. All fees are non-refundable except as provided in the Refund Policy.

3.3. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers:

• Stripe – for credit card payments
• CryptoCloud – for cryptocurrency payments
• Apple – for in-app purchases on iOS devices

3.4. Credits purchased by the User are stored indefinitely and do not expire as long as the User's account remains active.

4. Prohibited Uses

The User is prohibited from using the Services for:

• Sending spam or unsolicited messages (SMS sending is not available, but any attempt to misuse receiving functionality is prohibited)
• Fraudulent, illegal, or harassing activities
• Violating any applicable laws or third-party rights
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of the Services

5. Termination

5.1. The User may terminate their account at any time by deleting it through the app or website.

5.2. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User's account for violation of this Agreement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICES.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
