Refund Policy

At Ringo2number, we strive to provide a seamless experience for renting and renewing numbers, as well as purchasing credits. Because our services involve digital products (phone numbers and credits) that are consumed instantly or activated through our mobile application, refunds are handled under specific conditions outlined below.

BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE READ AND ACCEPT THIS REFUND POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST NOT USE THE SERVICES.

1. Digital Services & Immediate Access

All phone numbers and credit packages are delivered digitally and become available instantly within the Ringo2number mobile application after a successful transaction. Due to the immediate nature of digital access and activation, no refunds are offered for credits or number rentals once the purchase is completed, except in cases where Ringo2number cannot fulfill the service due to technical errors on our side.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment – If you are accidentally charged twice for the same number rental or credit pack, we will refund the extra charge after verification.
  • Technical malfunction – If our system fails to deliver the purchased credits or number within 24 hours and the issue is confirmed by Ringo2number support.
  • Service unavailability – When a number rental cannot be activated due to region restrictions not disclosed at checkout.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot grant refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchasing credits or numbers.
  • Failure to use the Ringo2number app or account registration before purchase (the app and account are required).
  • Partial usage of credits – credits are non-refundable once consumed.
  • Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team within 7 days from the transaction date. Please include your registered email, order ID (found in the "History" section of the website), and a brief explanation of the issue.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

6. Credits & Number Renewals

Auto-renewals for numbers are clearly indicated in the app and web dashboard. It is your responsibility to disable auto-renewal before the renewal date if you wish to discontinue the service. Renewal charges are non-refundable except in cases of system error.
